What can I expect from the event?
Things in Hawkins are getting weird again, and there are rumors that the Hawkins National Laboratory is back to its old tricks. Your favorite heroes need a little help to get to the bottom of this new supernatural mystery. Explore a series of iconic Stranger Things locations and relive some of the fans' most beloved moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, interactive sets, and delicious themed food and drinks inspired by the series.

The Stranger Things exhibition is located at Expo Reforma (Av. Morelos 67, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, CDMX).
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors with air conditioning, inside Expo Reforma.

Sessions start every 30 minutes. Each session forms two groups that begin 15 minutes apart, according to each visitor's arrival time.
Is the visit on foot?

"Do I need to have watched all the episodes of Stranger Things?"
It's not required, though if you have, the experience will be much more fun.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, some parts include flashing lights that could affect guests with photosensitive epilepsy or sensitivity to flashes.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, you can buy snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages in the Mix-Tape area.
Will official merchandise be available?
Yes, you'll be able to purchase exclusive items during the experience.
Can I go back to areas I've already passed through?
No, once you move forward, you can't return to previous areas.
What's the minimum number of people per session?
Each session requires a minimum of 9 people to take place. If the group is smaller, participants will enter with the next available group.

Tickets are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances. If you think your case applies, contact us and include the order number so our support team can review it.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You can show the QR code directly from your phone in the Fever app. You'll also find it in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my tickets—what should I do?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app. If they don't appear, make sure you're logged in with the same account used for the purchase. If you still can't find them, contact us.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my session?
Yes, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time to guarantee entry.
What happens if I arrive late?
Ticket validation closes 5 minutes before the session starts. If you arrive after that, we can't guarantee your access.
Can children attend?
The experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 are not allowed to enter.
What is the dress code?
We recommend comfortable clothing, as this is an interactive experience.
Can I use my phone during the experience?
Yes. You can take photos and share them, as long as you don't disturb other visitors. Professional cameras and tripods are not allowed.
