The Stranger Things experience is a spectacular thrill-ride.
Guests are immersed into an original “Stranger Things” storyline developed by the show’s creators. The experience combines the special effects of a 3D Universal Studios ride with a telekinetic escape room.

Location: Troubadour Brent Cross Studios, a short walk from Brent Cross Station.
Age requirement: This experience is recommended for ages 13+. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Due to the nature of the experience and special effects, children under 5 will not be admitted.
Dress code: Dressing for the occasion is highly encouraged.
Price: Tickets start at £41 per person with a reduced price for Youth (ages 5–17), Group Bundles (min. 6 people), Senior, Student, or NHS.
Parking: Only available for customers with accessibility needs.

Getting there

Is there parking available?

Limited parking is only available for customers with accessibility needs and a valid blue badge. Contact us to book your space. Please note you must reserve your spot at least 2 days before the date of your tickets. All other patrons, please use public transport to travel to and from the venue.

Can I take public transportation?

You will be able to find the directions to the venue from Brent Cross Underground Station here. We strongly suggest that you follow the signage provided and not the route suggested by Google Maps. The venue is also accessible via bus (Bus 113) which stops near the Troubadour Brent Cross Studio.

Please be respectful of our neighbours by not dropping off in the unauthorised location of Tilling Road and only dropping off in the designated and signposted on-site location. Please note that this is only a drop off location and that there is strictly no parking.

How do I get there?

You will be able to get directions here. If you're cycling to the venue, please note there are no indoor bicycle racks available.

Things are getting strange again in Hawkins and rumor has it that the Hawkins Lab is back in the research business. Your favorite intrepid heroes might need some help getting to the bottom of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a medley of Stranger Things locations and fan-favorite moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, engaging interactivity, and delicious food and drink themed to the show.

You will enjoy 45 min. of immersive experience, but you are welcome to stay and hang in the Mix-Tape as long as you’d like!

No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.

This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available to buy during the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience. Any refunds or exchanges will be at the discretion of management.

Will Stranger Things: The Experience be coming to other cities?

Right now the experience is opening in New York, San Francisco and London, but nowhere is out of the question for the future. Nominate your city.

What ticket types are there?

Standard Admission - includes admission to the Hawkins Lab immersive experience and the free-roam Mix-Tape medley of locations

VIP Admission - includes admission to the Hawkins Lab immersive experience and the free-roam Mix-Tape medley of locations + a complimentary drink, a special Stranger Things gift, and priority access.

You can choose from the following ticket options:

Adult: ticket for 1 person (ages 18+)
Youth: ticket for 1 person (ages 5–17)
Senior, Student, or NHS: ticket for 1 person (valid ID required)
Group Bundle: 6+ tickets at a reduced price

How much are the tickets?

Tickets start at £35 per person for Group Bundle, £31 per person for Youth, £33 for Senior, Student, or NHS, and £41 per person for Adult, and vary by day of the week, start time and ticket type to make the show more accessible. Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter the experience at the correct time.

Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session's start time. If you arrive too late for registration and ticket validation, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your entry to the experience.

Can I use my phone inside the experience?

Taking pictures and video is not allowed in the experience, but there will be plenty of opportunities for it in the post-experience area.
