Excellent immersive experience whether or not you're a fan of Stranger Things! This is a great time with friends or a loved one. It's like iMax meets an escape room. And after it's over, you can hang out in the 80's with great food, drinks and merchandise. I highly recommend this!

This was out of this world! Best experience for a fan. Stranger Things is my favorite show and this place made it feel like you were actually in an episode. The actors were so amazing, they interacted so well with us. I just want to go back and relive the whole experience.

This was so much fun. You get a chance to "participate" and "interact" with the characters, villains and monsters. The staff is fun, too, and when you go to the "mall" there are actors there dressed in 80s clothes who will interact with you.

What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Experience?

Things are getting strange again in Hawkins and rumor has it that the Hawkins Lab is back in the research business. Your favorite intrepid heroes might need some help getting to the bottom of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a medley of Stranger Things locations and fan-favorite moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, engaging interactivity, and delicious food and drink themed to the show.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

You will enjoy one hour of immersive experience, but you are welcome to stay and hang in the Mix-Tape as long as you’d like!

Is it walking?

Yes - you will explore all of the fan-favorite moments and immersive locations on foot. If you have any accessibility questions, please reach out to Fever support.

Will there be interaction with the performers?

Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers!

Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?

No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.

Will there be strobe lights?

This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available to buy during the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.

Will Stranger Things: The Experience be coming to other cities?

Right now the experience is closed in New York, but nowhere is out of the question for the future. Nominate your city.

There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available for purchase.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This experience is recommended for ages 13+. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Due to the nature of the experience and special effects, children under 5 will not be admitted.

What is the dress code?

Dressing for the occasion is highly encouraged, but please dress comfortably as this is a walk-through, interactive experience

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter the experience at the correct time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session's start time. If you arrive too late for registration and ticket validation, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your entry to the experience.

Can I use my phone inside the experience?

Taking pictures and video is not allowed in the experience, but there will be plenty of opportunities for it in the post-experience area.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in this event’s location. The only exceptions are service animals.
