Tickets granting access to the experience are available for purchase:

• General Admission:

  With full-price and half-price options.

• Super Hero Upgrade:

  a package that can be added to general admission tickets. Benefits: Credential, lanyard, bag, drink with an exclusive cup, and an exclusive gift. This package cannot be purchased without at least one general admission ticket (full-price or half-price). Each ticket can only have one Super Hero package upgrade.

• Students - Federal Law 12.933/13, Federal Decree 8.537/15

• * What to bring: Student Identification Card - CIE - a document issued by the National Association of Postgraduate Students (ANPG), the National Union of Students (UNE), the Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (Ubes), state and municipal entities affiliated with those, the Central Student Directory (DCEs) and the Academic Centers and Directories that proves the student's status regularly enrolled in the levels and modalities of education and teaching provided for in Title V of Law No. 9.394, of 1996, according to a single nationally standardized model, with digital certification and that can have fifty percent local characteristics.

• The card must contain the following elements: full name and date of birth of the student; recent photo of the student; name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled; degree of education; and validity date until March 31 of the year following its issuance.

• Bank slips or proof of monthly payment will not be accepted under any circumstances. See model at the link: www.documentodoestudante.com.br * Seniors over 60 years old - Federal Law 10.741/03 and Federal Decree 8.537/15

• * What to bring: Official photo ID.

• Low-Income Youth from 15 to 29 years old - Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15

• * What to bring: Young Person's Identity Card issued by the National Youth Secretariat, accompanied by an official photo ID.

• People with Disabilities (PwD) - Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15

• * What to bring: Social Assistance Continued Benefit Card for Persons with Disabilities or a document issued by the National Institute of Social Security - INSS that certifies retirement according to the criteria established in Complementary Law No. 142, of May 8, 2013. At the time 1 of presentation, these documents must be accompanied by an official photo ID.  

• Professionals in active exercise and retirees from educational institutions, both from the state and private networks of Rio de Janeiro - Ordinary State Law No. 8775/2020

• * What to bring: Payslip or functional card issued by the respective employing body.

• Teachers and professionals from the municipal public education network of Rio de Janeiro - Municipal Laws No. 3.424/02 and 5.844/15

• * What to bring: Functional card issued by the Municipal Education Department of Rio de Janeiro.

• People up to 21 years old - State Law No. 3.364/00

• * What to bring: Identity card or valid photo ID.

As determined by the Consumer Protection Code, the cancellation of the order must be requested within 7 calendar days, counted from the date of purchase confirmation.

For purchases made less than 7 days before the event date, the maximum cancellation period is up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations requested on the day of the event, or outside the established deadlines, will not be processed.

Note: Each ticket is valid only for the day, time, and location for which it was issued, and it is not possible to change any purchase data after completing the purchase. If it is necessary to change any purchase data, it will be necessary to request a complete cancellation and make a new purchase.
