What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Experience?
Things are getting strange again in Hawkins, and rumor has it that the Hawkins Lab is back in the research business. Your favorite intrepid heroes might need some help getting to the bottom of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a medley of Stranger Things locations and fan-favorite moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, engaging interactivity, and delicious food and drink themed to the show.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
You will enjoy 45 min of immersive experience, but you are welcome to stay and hang in the Mix-Tape as long as youâd like!
Will it be walking?
Yes! You will explore all of the fan-favorite moments and immersive locations on foot.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers!
Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available to buy during the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.

What ticket types are there?
Ticket types are:
- Standard Admission - includes admission to the Hawkins Lab immersive experience and the free-roam Mix-Tape medley of locations.
- VIP Admission - includes admission to the Hawkins Lab immersive experience and the free-roam Mix-Tape medley of locations + a complimentary drink, a special Stranger Things gift, and front-of-the-line treatment.
You can choose from the following ticket options:
- Ticket for 1 person
- Youth: ticket for 1 person (ages 5â17)

How much are the tickets?
Tickets start at CA$39 per person for Standard Youth, CA$43 per person for Standard Group Bundle and CA$49 per person for Standard Adult, and vary by day of the week, start time and ticket type to make the show more accessible. A full breakdown of your transaction can be seen in the checkout window, once you have selected tickets.
How can I get tickets?

Is there a limit on tickets?
Tickets are limited to a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20 per order. Group tickets are limited to a minimum of 6 per order.
Can I make a Private Group Booking?

here. If a private buyout sounds like a bit much, you can always buy group tickets (6+ guests) for non-exclusive visits at a discounted price here.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.
Can I pay my ticket with cash?
No, we do not accept cash payment. All tickets are sold online.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, group bundles are available to purchase.
ACCESS
Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This experience contains mature language and graphic imagery and effects. Children under 5 will not be admitted, and anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
What is the dress code?
Dressing for the occasion is highly encouraged.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter the experience at the correct time.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers may not be admitted.

- Note: We do not tolerate Touching / Fighting / Taunting / Threatening Remarks or Gestures towards team members.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in this eventâs location. The only exceptions are service animals.
Are service animals allowed in the experience?
According to the AODAâs Customer Service Standards, one of two conditions must apply for your animal to be considered a service animal:
- The animal is easily identifiable as relating to your disability (for example, it is a guide dog or other animal wearing a vest or harness)
- You can provide documentation from a regulated health professional confirming the animal is required due to a disability
Under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the AODA, service animals do not need to have certificates or identity cards.
However, you may be asked to provide acceptable documentation. This includes:
- Documentation from a regulated health professional
- An identification card from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General for people who are blind and use a guide dog
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking is not permitted. We ask that you are also respectful of other guests.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The Venue is ADA Compliant and Wheelchair Accessible. If you require a support person during your visit, please
contact us. We provide a dedicated free ticket for any support person accompanying someone with a disability.
Access 2 cards are accepted as proof of disability.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, we have room cards describing what is happening throughout the experience.
Do you provide accessibility options for someone visually impaired?
Yes. We can have a staff member help them on site. We recommend having someone accompanying them through the experience.

What happens if I need assistance or want to make an emergency exit mid show?
Please alert our friendly staff, present throughout the experience, and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately you will not be able to reenter the experience if you leave early.
