The Stranger Things Mix-Tape is an 80s-style medley of locations with merch, food & drinks, photo ops, interactive performers, and more! Located inside Stranger Things: The Experience, the Mix-Tape is the ultimate destination for fans of the hit series.

Do I get access to all areas of Stranger Things: The Experience with my ticket?

No, your free ticket gives you access to the Mix-Tape portion of the experience. If you want to visit the Hawkins Lab immersive experience you can purchase a ticket here or upgrade onsite.

Tickets for The Stranger Things Mix-Tape are free but you need to make a reservation prior to your arrival.

I want to upgrade the experience. How can I get tickets for the immersive experience?

Upgrading to the immersive "Stranger Things: The Experience" is simple and convenient! There are two ways to secure your tickets:

On-Site: You can buy your tickets directly at the event's ticket booth. Our staff will be available to assist you, and you will be allocated in the first available slot for the experience.

Online reservation: To ensure your spot in advance, you can make a reservation online through this link. Booking online allows you to plan your visit and guarantees your entry to the thrilling Hawkins Lab immersive adventure.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, ticket validation will be through contactless tickets directly in the Fever App.
