What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Experience?
Things in Hawkins are getting strange again, and there are rumors that the Hawkins National Lab is back in the research game. Your fearless favorite heroes need a little help to get to the depths of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a set of iconic Stranger Things locations and relive some of the fans' most beloved moments. Enjoy immersive opportunities for photos, interactive environments, and delicious food and themed drinks from the series.
Where will the experience take place?
The Stranger Things exhibition is located in the parking lot of Shopping Eldorado (Av. Rebouças, 3970 - Pinheiros neighborhood, São Paulo - SP ZIP code: 05402-600).
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
The experience will take place in the parking lot of Shopping Eldorado.
How long does the experience last?
You will enjoy over an hour of immersive and interactive experiences.
What are the operating hours?
You can visit the Stranger Things immersive experience from Tuesday to Friday from 4PM to 9 PM (last entry at 9:15 PM), saturday from 10AM to 9 PM (last entry at 9:15 PM) and on Sundays and holidays from 10 AM to 7 PM (last entry at 7:15 PM).
What is the time interval between sessions?
Sessions take place every 30 minutes. In each session, two groups will be formed to embark on the experience with a 15-minute interval, these groups formed based on each visitor's arrival time.

Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, but if you do, your experience will be much better.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers with photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
Snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the experience at the Mix-Tape.
Will products be available for sale?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive products during the experience.
Is it allowed to return to rooms I've already visited?
No, it is not allowed to return to rooms once you have already passed through.

What are the different types of tickets?
The following tickets are available for purchase:
- Standard Ticket: With full-price and half-price options
- Hero Tickets: Single price. Includes bag, credential, cord and drink with exclusive cup
- Super Hero Ticket: Single price. Includes bag, credential, cord, drink with exclusive cup and exclusive gift
How can I buy my tickets?
From what age do children pay?
Children from 5 years old up to 17 years old pay half-price by presenting only their ID. Entry is not allowed for children under 5 years old.
Half-price benefit?
The exhibition guarantees a half-price benefit for public institution teachers (federal, state, and municipal), PCDs plus one companion, students, blood and marrow donors, and seniors. See here for more information about the half-price benefit and the necessary documents.
Student Identification Card (CIE) or nationally standardized student document, with the following requirements:
- Full name and birthdate of the student;
- Recent photo of the student;
- Name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled;
- Grade level;
- Valid until March 31 of the year following its issuance.
Can I buy tickets on the spot? Is there a physical box office?
Yes, you can buy your ticket at our official point of sale located at Shopping Eldorado. Subject to availability
Can I reschedule my tickets for another date/time or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
As determined by the Consumer Protection Code, the cancellation of the order must be requested within 7 calendar days, counted from the date of purchase confirmation.
For purchases made less than 7 days before the event date, the maximum cancellation period is up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations requested on the day of the event, or outside the established deadlines, will not be processed.

Note: Each ticket is valid only for the day, time, and location for which it was issued, and it is not possible to change any purchase data after completing the purchase. If it is necessary to change any purchase data, it will be necessary to request a complete cancellation and make a new purchase.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click on "Transfer tickets" in the Tickets tab of the Fever app.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. The terms and conditions of non-refundable tickets are agreed upon before the purchase. However, in special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Don't forget to include the ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code on the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still need help finding your ticket,
contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be done through your phone, directly on the Fever app.
Can I pay for my ticket with cash?
Yes, at the box office located at Shopping Eldorado.
Can I request a refund after they've been used?
Once tickets have been validated, refunds cannot be requested.
ACCESS
Is this a suitable environment for children?
This experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Due to the nature of the experience and special effects, children under 5 are not allowed.
What is the dress code?
Dress comfortably, as it is an interactive and walking experience.
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of my scheduled session?
Yes, arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket so we can ensure your entry into the experience at the correct time.
What will happen if I arrive late?
Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session start time. If you arrive too late for registration and ticket validation, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your entry into the experience. 15-minute tolerance.
Can I use my cellphone during the experience?
Taking photos and videos during the course is not allowed, but there will be plenty of opportunities for that in the post-experience area.

Note: We do not tolerate touching, fighting, taunting, threatening comments, or gestures towards the cast members.
Is it allowed to consume food and drinks within the experience?
No. The consumption of food and drinks after entry is not allowed, not even the consumption of liquids such as water and sodas. However, at the end of the experience, in the Mix-Tape area, there will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Are there lockers available at the exhibition?
No. Entry with travel luggage or large items is not allowed. Small bags and backpacks are allowed after passing through security screening.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, but pets are not allowed at the event venue. The only exceptions are service animals.
Can I smoke at the event?
Smoking is not allowed (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar devices). We also ask that you respect other guests.
Will there be bathrooms available on-site?
Yes, there will be bathrooms available.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The entire exhibition is air-conditioned.
Are wheelchairs available for rent?
We have 2 wheelchairs available.
Is there parking available?
Eldorado shopping center has parking, but availability is subject to availability and at a cost.
What should I do if I have any questions about accessibility/special accommodations?

What happens if I need help or want to make an emergency exit during the experience?
Let our team, who will be present throughout the experience, know and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately, you will not be able to rejoin the experience if you leave early.
How do I get there?
Does the experience offer accessibility features for the hearing or visually impaired?
For this experience, we won't have sign language interpreters or audio descriptions. The experience space will provide physical accessibility features. We are in the process of selecting professionals to provide greater access to our audience for future events and experiences.

We suggest leaving valuables and personal items at home. For everyone's safety, all bags that enter or leave are subject to inspection.

Lost items are kept and will be available at the exhibition venue during opening hours.

We do not have WIFI service inside the event.
