What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Experience?
Things in Hawkins are getting strange again, and there are rumors that the Hawkins National Lab is back in the research game. Your fearless favorite heroes need a little help to get to the depths of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a set of iconic Stranger Things locations and relive some of the fans' most beloved moments. Enjoy immersive opportunities for photos, interactive environments, and delicious food and themed drinks from the series.
Where will the experience take place?
The Stranger Things exhibition is located in the parking lot of Shopping Eldorado (Av. Rebouças, 3970 - Pinheiros neighborhood, São Paulo - SP ZIP code: 05402-600).
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
The experience will take place in the parking lot of Shopping Eldorado.
How long does the experience last?
You will enjoy over an hour of immersive and interactive experiences.
What are the operating hours?
You can visit the Stranger Things immersive experience from Tuesday to Friday from 4PM to 9 PM (last entry at 9:15 PM), saturday from 10AM to 9 PM (last entry at 9:15 PM) and on Sundays and holidays from 10 AM to 7 PM (last entry at 7:15 PM).
What is the time interval between sessions?
Sessions take place every 30 minutes. In each session, two groups will be formed to embark on the experience with a 15-minute interval, these groups formed based on each visitor's arrival time.

Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, but if you do, your experience will be much better.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers with photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
Snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the experience at the Mix-Tape.
Will products be available for sale?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive products during the experience.
Is it allowed to return to rooms I've already visited?
No, it is not allowed to return to rooms once you have already passed through.

What are the different types of tickets?
The following tickets are available for purchase:
- Standard Ticket: With full-price and half-price options
- Hero Tickets: Single price. Includes bag, credential, cord and drink with exclusive cup
- Super Hero Ticket: Single price. Includes bag, credential, cord, drink with exclusive cup and exclusive gift
How can I buy my tickets?
From what age do children pay?
Children from 5 years old up to 17 years old pay half-price by presenting only their ID. Entry is not allowed for children under 5 years old.
Half-price benefit?
The exhibition guarantees a half-price benefit for public institution teachers (federal, state, and municipal), PCDs plus one companion, students, blood and marrow donors, and seniors. See here for more information about the half-price benefit and the necessary documents.
Student Identification Card (CIE) or nationally standardized student document, with the following requirements:
- Full name and birthdate of the student;
- Recent photo of the student;
- Name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled;
- Grade level;
- Valid until March 31 of the year following its issuance.
Can I buy tickets on the spot? Is there a physical box office?
Yes, you can buy your ticket at our official point of sale located at Shopping Eldorado. Subject to availability
Can I reschedule my tickets for another date/time or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
As determined by the Consumer Protection Code, the cancellation of the order must be requested within 7 calendar days, counted from the date of purchase confirmation.
For purchases made less than 7 days before the event date, the maximum cancellation period is up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations requested on the day of the event, or outside the established deadlines, will not be processed.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code on the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still need help finding your ticket,

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, ticket validation will be done through your phone, directly on the Fever app.
Can I pay for my ticket with cash?
Yes, at the box office located at Shopping Eldorado.
Can I request a refund after they've been used?

Geek Pride Week Promotion
How does the Geek Pride Week promotion work?
From 21/05 (Tuesday) to 24/05 (Friday), enjoy the "Combo 4" promotion: when purchasing 4 tickets of the same category (Full, Hero, or Super Hero), each ticket has a discount of R$15.00.
Which ticket categories are valid in the promotion?
Full, Hero, and Super Hero categories.
Can there be different categories in the Combo?
No. The promotion is only valid for combos with the same ticket category. For example: 4 full tickets or 4 Heroes or 4 Super Heroes.
How do I purchase the promotion tickets?
On the website or at the physical box office. On the website, you need to select the "Combo 4" ticket type and pay attention to all the rules.
Cosplay Day Promotion
How does the Cosplay Day promotion work?
Every Tuesday, paying customers who come dressed in cosplay as characters from the series Stranger Things will receive a second ticket for the same day.
How do I participate in the Cosplay Day promotion?
Simply present your ticket at the box office on the day of your session 30 minutes in advance and claim the second ticket. If there is no availability for the same session, tickets can be exchanged for another session on the same day.
Is the second ticket offered by the promotion for Hero or Super Hero tickets the same category as the purchased ticket?
No. The second ticket offered in the promotion is a regular ticket, regardless of the category of the paying customer's ticket. Subject to availability for the same session.
What happens if the session for the paying ticket is sold out?
If your session is already full, tickets can be exchanged for another available session on the same day only.
Can I use the ticket offered in the promotion on another day?
No. The offered ticket is only valid for the same day as the paid ticket.
Does the costume personification have to be from the 80s?
No. The costume customization must be visually perceptible and compatible with the characters from the series in any of the seasons.
Will customized Stranger Things-themed shirts be considered cosplay?
T-shirts of any kind from the Stranger Things franchise are not considered cosplay costumes.
Does the person using the ticket offered in the promotion also need to be dressed in cosplay?
It's not mandatory. But it would be very fun if your companion was also in cosplay.
Labor Day Promotion
What is the dynamics of the Labor Day promotion?
To enjoy the holiday with family, in sessions until 5 pm, children under 12 accompanied by a paying adult do not pay to experience an Adventure in Hawkins!
How many children can I bring per paying ticket?
The promotion is valid for 1 free child per paying adult.
Which ticket categories are valid for the paying ticket?
All categories except for the half-price ticket. It is necessary to select the Labor Day ticket to guarantee the benefit.
What is the ticket category offered?
Regardless of the category of the paying ticket, the offered ticket is always the standard category (full or half).
ACCESS
Is this a suitable environment for children?
This experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Due to the nature of the experience and special effects, children under 5 are not allowed.
What is the dress code?
Dress comfortably, as it is an interactive and walking experience.
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of my scheduled session?
Yes, arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket so we can ensure your entry into the experience at the correct time.
What will happen if I arrive late?
Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session start time. If you arrive too late for registration and ticket validation, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your entry into the experience. 15-minute tolerance.
Can I use my cellphone during the experience?
Taking photos and videos during the course is not allowed, but there will be plenty of opportunities for that in the post-experience area.

Is it allowed to consume food and drinks within the experience?
No. The consumption of food and drinks after entry is not allowed, not even the consumption of liquids such as water and sodas. However, at the end of the experience, in the Mix-Tape area, there will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Are there lockers available at the exhibition?
No. Entry with travel luggage or large items is not allowed. Small bags and backpacks are allowed after passing through security screening.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, but pets are not allowed at the event venue. The only exceptions are service animals.
Can I smoke at the event?
Smoking is not allowed (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar devices). We also ask that you respect other guests.
Will there be bathrooms available on-site?
Yes, there will be bathrooms available.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The entire exhibition is air-conditioned.

Valentine's Day Promotion
How does the Valentine's Day promotion work?
During the week of Valentine's Day, from June 11 to 16 (Tuesday to Sunday), couples who choose to embark on this adventure with us pay half price and enjoy special discounts at Mix Tape.
To take advantage of the half-price benefits, you need to select the Valentine's Day promotion ticket.
Which ticket category is eligible for the promotion?
Only regular tickets are eligible. It does not apply to Hero and Super Hero tickets.
What are the discounts at Mix Tape?
10% discount on photos and any food or drink. Additionally, for purchases over R$ 250.00 at the official merchandise store, you get a free sleep mask from the series.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on the website or at the physical box office. You need to select the Valentine's Day ticket category. Two tickets will be selected at once, corresponding to two half-price entries.
Eleven Session
How does the Eleven Session promotion work?
During all sessions from 11am to 12pm, when purchasing tickets in a group of 10 people, you will receive the eleventh ticket for free to enjoy the group experience. Additionally, everyone in the group gets a popcorn Mix-Tape!
How do I participate in the Eleven Session promotion?
Make a purchase by selecting the "Eleven Session" ticket option through the website or physical box office and enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase, a minimum of 11 tickets for the eleventh one to be free.
On which days of the week and at what times is the Eleven Session promotion valid?
